Saddle Stitch catalogs
Saddle-stitched catalogs are, simply put, folded, and stapled together. Saddle stitch is basically single sheets of paper, printed on both sides, collated in page number order, folded in half, then stapled through the fold with staples made of thin wire securing the sheets together and then trim the 3 sides to the desired, finished size. Because of the way a catalog is produced, you can’t have a random number of pages. It has to be a multiple of 4. Products can be saddle-stitched along the left edge or top edge, depending on how the project is planned out. Softcover and self-cover are available. Does not have a flat or square spine. They can lay flat and stay open when you are flipping through the pages, which makes it easier to read. This is most commonly used for picture catalogs, portfolio catalogs, and coloring catalogs.
Wire-O-Binding catalogs
Wire-o binding is an excellent style of binding commonly used for businesses to create professional-looking lay flat documents such as business reports, documents, calendars and other catalog types. Wire-o binding calendars are one of our most popular products. The pages flip easily and hang flat against the wall. Wall calendars are great for non-profit fundraising programs, promoting business and photography.
Perfect Binding catalogs
Perfect binding catalog printing is single sheets (text weight) paper printed on both sides and collated in page number order, one on top of the other, and gathered into a book block. The spine edge is ground off. The softcover (a thicker cardstock) is placed over and around the book block (interior pages) and attached by the application of a strong yet flexible PUR glue along the binding edge, creating a professional-looking square spine that can be printed on. The other three sides of the book are then trimmed to the desired finished size to give them that clean “perfect” edge, thus the name “perfect” bound. An open perfect bound catalog does not lay flat like a saddle stitch, wire-o or spiral bound catalog.

What if I already have design?
If you have your own design and you need to print it, please, upload the file(s) on the product page while performing the order or send it.
Please, send design files in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf*, .cdr, .psd* | * - not always contain correct data). Other file formats may not be suitable for high quality printing.
Will I see the design or proofs before printing?
Yes, of course! If you order a design service you receive designs made for you. If edits are required, we do them until it is good to go and confirmed by you.
Even if you have your own design ready, we send the mock-up to check if everything looks correct. No other source is valid even if it contains the correct information.
What is your timing, turnaround time?
Design service.
Usually, Business card design takes about 1-2 days for the first variations to be sent. Further timing depends on the number of client’s edits.
Printing.
Depending on the type of product turnaround time is different. After the approval mockup is confirmed, the timing is: For standard products, it usually takes about 3-5 days. Custom and complex orders may take about 7-14 days.

To the USA: Standard shipping takes about 8-10 days. Express shipping is about 5 - 6 days.

For design services: We do all changes and edits requested by the client before sending the final file to the customer. As the design is confirmed and the file is sent to the client, any edits and changes require additional payment.
Will the color of the item be the same as on my screen?
Please note that the colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, depending on your monitor calibration and/or the chosen printing service. Material type may also slightly affect the color. Colors may appear more vibrant or dull with different cardstock selections; some absorb more ink than others.
